At ArrowPro Shop, we understand that precision archers demand excellence in every aspect of their equipment. While we take every measure to ensure your arrow components meet the highest standards, we also want to make the returns process as smooth as your arrow’s flight path.
Our Return Commitment
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, undamaged condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Unused and free from any modifications
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Broadheads & Specialty Points (opened packages)
- Bowfishing Points (used items)
- Glue-In Points (once removed from packaging)
- Custom Fletched Arrows (made to your specifications)
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information (or use the template below):

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your return using the original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and indicate your desired replacement item. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved. If the exchange item differs in price, we’ll process a partial refund or invoice for the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., please note:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
